Sealcoating Kingdom is a professional sealcoating company based in Airdrie, Alberta that specializes in preserving the condition and appearance of pavement. We use high-quality equipment and materials to protect against wear and tear and premature deterioration. We offer our services to both residential and commercial clients.
Our experienced team of estimators is highly qualified to give you an accurate estimate with several service options on how to address your asphalt or concrete issues. We own and operate all of our equipment which means no rental costs are passed on to the customer.
We provide services to a wide range of customers, including individual homeowners, commercial and industrial organizations, and municipalities. Our goal is to provide cost-effective solutions for their customers’ asphalt and concrete needs.

Jim Cooney
Jim is a seasoned business professional with 33 years of experience in building teams that focus on customer service and operations. He has a unique “Suits to Boots” approach to business that has led to a strong culture within his team. His extensive global project history has enabled him to develop expertise beyond the job site, ensuring that every property he and his team works on is treated as if it were his own. In his personal life, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Pattie and dog Sally. He also stays active during the off-season by researching new techniques and making sure that all of his equipment is up-to-date and ready for the next season.
Pattie Cooney is the Assistant Managing Director of Sealcoating Kingdom. She is a seasoned business professional who started in the hospitality industry and eventually moved into the airline industry where she honed her ability to deal with challenging situations. She has gained a strong understanding of the asphalt and pavement maintenance industry, with a strong background in project management, operations, and business development. Pattie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. She is instrumental in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work that is performed on site. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband Jim, sister and their dog Sally. Pattie also enjoys travelling and experiencing new places around Canada and the globe, trying new cuisines.

Harut Zakaryan
Harut Zakaryan is the Operations Manager at Sealcoating Kingdom. He has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry and asphalt maintenance industry, with a focus on sealcoating and asphalt repair. Harut is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sealcoating operations, including project management, scheduling, and budgeting. He is skilled in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. In addition, Harut is dedicated to ensuring the safety of his team and implementing best practices in the industry. He is a valued member of the Sealcoating Kingdom team and a key contributor to the company’s success in the pavement maintenance market. In the off season, Harut enjoys traveling and experiencing new places along with developing new processes for his team to implement.
